Texas Auto Armor – Terms and Service Agreement

1. General Agreement

By engaging Texas Auto Armor for vehicle services, including but not limited to paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coating, and vehicle wraps, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Service Agreement (“Agreement”).

 

2. Services Provided

Texas Auto Armor provides:

Installation of Paint Protection Film (PPF)

Ceramic Coating applications

Custom Vehicle Wraps

All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard products and equipment.

 

3. Vehicle Drop-Off and Pick-Up

Customers must remove all personal items from the vehicle before service.

Texas Auto Armor is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

Vehicles not picked up within 48 hours of completion may be subject to a daily storage fee.

 

4. Service Warranty

PPF Installations: Limited warranty covers yellowing, cracking, and peeling due to product failure (typically 5–10 years depending on film manufacturer).

Ceramic Coating: Warranty coverage depends on the coating package selected and requires regular maintenance.

Vehicle Wraps: Warranty covers installation defects for 12 months. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer.

Warranty is void if the customer fails to follow maintenance guidelines or alters the treated surface.

 

5. Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required for certain custom services.

Final payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Texas Auto Armor accepts cash, credit/debit, and [other accepted payment methods].

 

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Deposits may be non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations.

 

7. Liability Waiver

Texas Auto Armor is not liable for:

Pre-existing vehicle damage

Paint damage on vehicles with prior paintwork, oxidation, or compromised clear coat

Damage caused by improper care after services are rendered

 

8. Customer Responsibilities

Maintain your vehicle according to aftercare instructions provided.

Report any issues within 7 days of service completion for evaluation.

 

9. Photography and Marketing

With your permission, Texas Auto Armor may photograph your vehicle for use in marketing materials and social media.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Kaufman County, Texas.

By signing the work order or leaving your vehicle with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
